7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened seed packs. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at [email protected] with photographic evidence.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the seeds are returned unopened and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are your responsibility.

8. Germination Guarantee

Where we offer a germination guarantee, this applies to seeds germinated in jurisdictions where doing so is lawful. Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase with photographic evidence. We reserve the right to replace seeds or issue a store credit at our discretion.
